Watch my back

According to Zerohedge the Pentagon said that if Ukraine loses the war, NATO will be at war with Russia, which follows on the heels of Putin's statement that NATO-countries sending troops to Ukraine to protect it means they will get 'nuked'. I'm leaving Europe for a couple of weeks after the weekend, so I won't keep you posted on these pages about how that is advancing, but I sure hope that the people who started this play will come to their senses before the whole shithouse goes up in flames, to paraphrase Jim Morrison of 'The Doors' fame, son of an American admiral, who has been pushing up daisies at Père Lachaise in Paris for some time now.

Meanwhile Scholz of Germany told the press that the British and the French are 'assisting' Ukraine already, firing the longer range missiles they provided, with audio released by the Russians, no doubt, revealing that German brass is engaged as well, whether Scholz is aware of it or not, and a British admiral who is actively commanding the Ukrainians targeting ships in the Black Sea is postponing his retirement because he is having so much fun. But the Russians already knew about those NATO-boots, as well as the scores of 'Special Forces' doing various things to help the Ukrainians, aiding the CIA and MI-6, which have been running the country from 'day 1' after Nuland 'regime changed' it in 2014. They probably killed quite a few already, given the many rumours about such events.

Despite all those efforts, the Russians are now advancing steadily, and an upcoming 'Spring Offensive' is likely to be a lot more successful than the NATO/Ukrainian one we witnessed last year. Lots of heated comments on the reluctance of the US-Congres to release additional billions for Ukraine, but it is my take on the situation that no amount of money will buy NATO a victory in Ukraine. It will only serve to line the pockets of the 'Usual Suspects', the 'Big Guys', but that's it.

For reasons unknown, my own country is a real disgrace if you accept that this is going to be yet another lost war, no matter what, since only four European countries signed on to this idea of Macron to send their own military, and the Dutch did so through the comments on 'X' made by the commander-in-chief leaving the politicians in his wake. But Rutte won't mind. This eagerness is incomprehensible. And yes, I do understand that even Macron initially back peddled and the others will eventually add 'conditions' and 'nuances' if there would be a public backlash, or tell us they were merely letting us know they were 'prepared', but not actively planning anything, but this entire adventure is as stupid as it gets. Yet, no backlash, save for an initiative announced on 'X' to set up a big pro-Peace demonstration in Amsterdam by March 31, and Macron doubling down after all, but let's wait and see.

For some time now, I've been active on 'X', more active than I intended to be, given the threats to everything I value, doing my utmost to address those 'War-Porn-Loving' trolls to cool it, and think it through before posting yet another call to go to war with a nuclear armed country sporting hypersonic missiles and other 'gadgets' which will ruin your day if you invite them to test you. I do understand that the bulk of those people never witnessed anything truly scary, outside their feverish dreams in the thick of the night where they are 'Killing Russians', or on their game-console where they have infinite lives. This is not a 'thrill-ride'! People do get hurt! Young men and women do not return from the front-lines, where they are sent by people who cheated, lied, and signed contracts, or took on obligations never meaning to fulfil them. Hunter Biden of 'Burisma' fame, who also hit the jackpot with setting up medical labs in Ukraine for testing stuff you don't want to find out about, now finally admitted that the 'Big Guy' who needed money from his partners to make things happen was his demented dad, now leading the country. Or, wait! Hold that! He was declared demented, or at least having serious problems remembering 'things' by a prosecutor, but I just read that medical experts declared he is fit as a fiddle, and ready for another term as president.

Every now and then I have to pinch myself to establish that I'm truly awake, and reading what 'experts' are saying, which is not even remotely near anything I can establish for a fact. But then again, with 'Artificial Intelligence' capable of producing very real looking images, videos and texts, maybe it is Russia which is losing? Avdeevka has not fallen at all? Ukraine still controls Bakhmut? Their troops are already mopping up the last Russians in Sevastopol? And this shameful retreat from Kabul never happened. Iraq is still run by Saddam, and Gaza is a splendid city overlooking the Mediterranean, with nothing but happy people waving at their friendly neighbours on the other side of the border and inviting them over to share a cup of tea.

Something is dreadfully wrong with our 'common sense'. I know it happened before, and I read the books written by Elias Canetti and Hannah Arendt, among many others, as well as 'Mein Kampf' which started it all, and how the Brits bankrolled this popular movement in Germany because it had great potential. With this Austrian penny-artist revealing his wish to expand Germany in an easterly direction on every other page of his book, they felt he might be successful where they failed in the early Twenties when they fought the Russians on their own turf. Something you'd better not mention in 'polite company' these days, because you will draw attention to yourself as a 'Putin Lover', and better to carry the plague. Even though Russia is no longer a communist country, and is desperately trying to reason with us, but to no avail. The younger Churchill was the most staunch advocate for war with the Russians from his early days in politics, since he really hated socialists and communists, like everybody else these days, including the 'self-loathing left', which has switched to promoting Bill Gates' and George Soros' agenda. And of course the same man had this plan to jump his allies immediately after the Nazi's were defeated. What you expect from having an Englishman as a friend, right? Perfidious Albion? But if you ask me, this anti-socialism of his was merely a ruse for staking a claim on the resource rich country, in line with well established geostrategic thoughts from the 'Great Game' nineteenth century. If he had been required to become a fierce advocate for Karl Marx to get to the loot, he'd switched sides just as easily.

The 'self-loathing left' in my country is somehow admiring fascists abroad, not to mention Churchill and his cunning attempts to tackle the Russians, and I see the same pattern in other countries. It is impossible for me to understand what they are after, if they cheer for people like Navalny who never made any secret of his racist ideas, or when they want to liberate people associated with Islamic State and other 'Muslim Brotherhood' associated groups. And don't bother asking them, because they won't answer. Or they will point you in the direction of people who imprison their 'martyrs for the cause', and claim that these are 'autocrats', since their 'trusted friends' only want to 'express themselves'. I want to express myself too, but I'm not calling for the beheading of infidels, or killing Muslims, or Russians, or anyone really, unless out of self-defence, or to protect my country. And my country is not Ukraine, not Afghanistan, nor Taiwan. So, when I came across this posting on 'X' showing a tearful young girl who had lost part of her leg, accompanied by a call from an American to provide Ukraine with even more weapons, I was heartbroken. Who are these animals who set up shop in Ukraine with their CIA, throwing the country and its people under the bus to achieve 'regime change' in Moscow?!? Nuland said dryly that the present government in Russia was not the government 'they' wanted. Well? So what? It's not your country! Your family emigrated from those lands to the US at the start of the twentieth century, well before anybody called it Ukraine, since they called it Bessarabia back then. Get over it!

Now, while I'm spending some time away from Europe, with intermittent internet most likely, and every intention to forget about these horrible people aiming for nuclear war with Russia, I trust you will continue the quest to restore common sense, so that when I come back it will be a brand new day, and we left all of this behind us, still wondering what it was that almost took us by surprise. Because I'm leaving family and dear friends behind, I want to meet them again when I return, in one piece if you don't mind.
